Online Purchases

At Velsoran, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@velsoran.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label when applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official Velsoran online store, where customers purchase products without viewing them in person.

If Velsoran products are purchased through authorized retailers, showrooms, or physical stores, the return and exchange policies of those locations will apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you notice visible damage to the package before accepting the delivery, we recommend noting the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or refusing the shipment if necessary. This helps us process claims with the shipping carrier more efficiently.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product following our return process. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
