Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your VELSONRAN piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Custom, made-to-order, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@velsonran.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@velsonran.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and sale items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
